This dealer was great from the initial phone call through the sale and afterward. They are extremely welcoming, open about the vehicle, and low pressure. I actually purchased a vehicle other than the vehicle that I initially called about. I decided to do this based on their recommendation. They thought the vehicle I purchased might have some battery issues, so they replaced it with a new one in front of me. About a week after I purchased the vehicle the low tire pressure light came on. I called them about the light and they had me bring it in for immediate repair...no questions at all. I highly recommend purchasing from these people.

Pelham imports contacted me right away. We went to the dealership to look at 3 cars. The whole experience was great and a no hassle environment. The had a large selection at many price points. We just walked into the office, asked some questions and were given the keys for the test drives. After a week of comparing cars at other dealers, we came back to buy a car here. We even had a small issue arise the same day we bought the car. The owner met us on the lot, dealt with the issue himself (which turned out not to be an issue at all...just a loose cap). I was amazed at the ease of the purchase, the low key approach and the honest and forthright nature of this small family run business. The price of the car was very good and very fair. I would certainly recommend these folks without hesitation to anyone looking for a used car. It was all-around the easiest car buying experience I have encountered.
